Murphy and Alba discussed various aspects of the decision from the U.S. Court of Federal Claims that blocked the General Services Administration from awarding IT services contracts worth at least $60 Billion.

They also talked about how the GSA might be able to salvage the Polaris procurement. “If they were to pull it back and amend it to add a pricing section to it, that might actually be the easiest way to comply with the order,” Alba said.
