Tracey’s significant legal background in both the private and public sectors equips her with a deep understanding of the regulatory compliance challenges facing businesses operating in the construction and government contracting arenas. A key strength of Tracey’s practice is her consistent success in achieving positive results for clients on a diverse range of contracting matters at the federal, state, and local levels.
For government contractors, Tracey assists small to mid-sized GovCons in all aspects of government contracting, including filing and defending against bid protests, responding to government investigations, and navigating the Small Business Administration’s small business programs. Additionally, Tracey possesses comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and a proven track record in decoding the FAR’s complex compliance requirements.
In the construction law arena, Tracey helps construction and construction-related firms—including commercial and federal construction contractors—address bond claims and mechanics’ liens, contract negotiations and project documentation, as well as issues involving project changes and delays. She also represents clients in post-construction litigation and dispute resolution.
