BALTIMORE, MD – DECEMBER 6, 2021: PilieroMazza is pleased to announce that the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group served as legal counsel to Central Truck Center, a full-service Kenworth and Isuzu dealership in Landover, Maryland, in its sale to All Roads Trucks, a privately held, multi-channel retail and commercial services enterprise headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.
Leading the team for PilieroMazza was partner Kathryn Hickey, who stated: “Throughout each phase of the transaction, the team was keenly aware of our client’s concerns and goals and worked collaboratively with other parties on the transaction to achieve the desired result.” The addition of Central Truck Center’s two locations supports All Roads Trucks’ goals to increase their commercial truck sales and repair capacity.
