With a client-centric approach and a commitment to excellence, Cole offers PilieroMazza clients support on the complexities of business law to help their companies thrive. As an Associate in the Firm’s Business & Transactions Group, his practice includes matters involving mergers and acquisitions, secured and structured financing, entity formation, operations, and corporate governance.
Cole holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of The George Washington Journal of Energy & Environmental Law. His article “Clicking Toward Extinction: How COVID-19 Has Accelerated the Need to Regulate and Reduce the Plastic E-Commerce Waste Destroying Our Planet” was published in the January 2023 edition of the Journal. During law school, Cole also served as a Judicial Intern for U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan, as well as a Legal Intern for the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, Hatch Act Unit.
Beyond his legal practice, Cole is an avid soccer player. He was a semi-pro member of the United Premier Soccer League, Last Frontier Division I. During his tenure, Cole mentored younger players and was voted MVP by Division coaches.
