Bio
Kimberly advises companies across all lifecycle stages from formation through growth, maturity, and exit. She counsels companies on various corporate matters such as entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate governance.
In addition to corporate matters, Kimberly regularly assists companies in highly regulated industries, such as cannabis and gaming. She is well-versed in state and local cannabis laws across the country and helps clients ensure they are in full compliance with accompanying regulations.
Prior to joining the PilieroMazza, Kimberly was an associate at a national law firm. During law school, she interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C. Kimberly also served as an articles development editor for American Criminal Law Review and tutored first year law students in Civil Procedure and Torts.
Kimberly speaks Cantonese (fluent) and Mandarin (conversational).
